Morristown UMC’s Annual Rummage Sale (#27!) will be held May 14 (9am-2pm), May 18 (10am-2pm & 5pm-8pm), and May 21 (9am-2pm) at the church. A favorite among the locals who love a good bargain, proceeds benefit the summer Appalachia Service Project work trip.
Donations for the sale are accepted at the church between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday. Call the church office at 973-538-2132 to let them know you’re coming to gain access to the building. Special arrangements for alternate hours and pick-up of large items can be made by emailing [email protected]
Accepted Items Include:
Household items, dishes, utensils, appliances, toys, children’s furniture, books, holidays, glassware, antiques, office supplies, linens, furniture, electronics, DVD’s, CD’s, records, phones, lamps, sports equipment, computers, vases, picture frames, jewelry, baskets, tins, tools, pet supplies, TV’s (LED’s only)
We do not accept:
Cribs, Car seats, Washers/Dryers, Stoves/Refrigerators, Mattresses, Gas powered equipment, Clothes, Big Screen/Tube TV’s
All items must be in good enough condition to resell; we reserve the right to refuse any donations that are not in good condition.
